Remembering the women of Nigeria

As I prepare a message to share for tomorrow morning in church my mind is continually drawn to the girls that have been kidnapped in Nigeria.  On April 14, 2014 300 girls (ages 12-15) were abducted from their boarding school in Nigeria.  I read through the names.  Here in Fiji we will celebrate ‘Women’s Day’ tomorrow.  My heart is sad for the country of Nigeria and the many around the world who are losing their women.  They are being sold, bartered and traded like a commodity and it so greatly grieves the heart of their father.  Tomorrow our church will pray, pray for their release and safety and for the value of women, here and around the world.  That they would be seen through the eyes of their Heavenly father.
